Pedal, pedal, pedal for transplant! Take a leisurely bike ride through your neighborhood. Jump on your stationery bike at home. Go for that spin class and sweat. You may log in more than one (1) bike ride per day. Miles is the name of the game. Make it a family affair, or do it solo, but get on those bikes and go!
