The Great Skunk Ape Adventure Hunt and Trail Run

Registration Includes:
Explorers Field Guide to Skunk Ape Hunting

This is an un-timed trail event, you may run or walk as fast as you like. Trail runners will love the new trails and undiscovered park sections, while the casual runner or walker will enjoy the scenery and photo stops while hunting for the Skunk Ape. You may choose to run the trail or join in the fun hunting a Skunk Ape :) Start after 9:30am, be back to finish by Noon to be eligible for prizes! There will be scenes and events taking place during the Skunk Ape Hunt during your route in which you will be awarded a token upon arrival. There are opportunities to gather more Skunk Ape tokens by completing optional tasks or obstacles. You may even get a selfie with a Skunk Ape if you are lucky! You are to capture the tokens and return to Skunk Ape Headquarters within your designated time frame to successfully complete the course.

This is an untimed trail race, you may run or walk as fast as you like. Trail runners will love the new trails and undiscovered park sections, while the casual runner or walker will enjoy the scenery. Start anytime after 8:30am, you will need to finish by Noon to be eligible for prizes. You may choose to run the trail or join in the fun hunting a Skunk Ape :) There will be scenes and events taking place during the Skunk Ape Hunt during your route in which you will be awarded a token upon arrival. There are opportunities to gather more Skunk Ape tokens by completing optional tasks or obstacles. This is a virtual race and a great way to provide an incentive to get outdoors! You may run this 10K at any time it is convenient on or after 4-8-17. You will receive your race bib, T-shirt, and finishers medal within 7-10 days of the order. Upon arrival chose your race day, put on your bib and complete the 5K, then unwrap and enjoy this unique one of a kind finishers medal. Upon completion upload a finishers photo with your medal to our Facebook page!
