Race Format:
Starts at 9:00 AM sharp Saturday June 28, 2025 — mandatory check-in at 7:30 AM
5 miles every hour, on the hour
Must complete all 5 miles before the next round begins
Miss a round = DNF
No stacking miles. Run, rest, repeat
No standing on sides of the treadmill while belt is moving
Last athlete remaining wins. Simple as that.
