Race will be run in waves beginning every 15 minutes starting at 7:00am.

Virtual Milledge Mile
Run your 1.0 mile anywhere. Submit your time to Runsignup no later than 12 noon on July 30. Virtual runners are not eligible for race day awards nor perfomance points in the Athens Road Runners Grand Prix.

Couch to 1 Mile
The Couch to 1 Mile participants will be assigned to Waves 1 and 2 depending on the number of participants.
