5K RUN/WALK: T-shirts to all participants and awards to overall M and F, and 1st-2nd-3rd in age groups 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and over.

5K COURSE: The course is FLAT and FAST and is well-marked. It begins and ends at the front of MacIntyre Park Middle School, 117 Glenwood Drive Thomasville, GA and winds through surrounding neighborhoods. Water will be available near the halfway mark.

One Mile Fun Run: T-shirts and wristbands to all participants and awards to overall M and F, and 1st-2nd-3rd in age groups 6 and under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-15.

One Mile COURSE: The course begins and ends at the front of MacIntyre Park Middle School and is a loop. Runners will be assisted and cheered on by THS Student-Athletes.
