All ages are welcome! Runners who are more competitive will start at the front, while walkers, families with kids, and those taking it at a more relaxed pace are encouraged to start toward the back. This way, everyone can move comfortably and safely — no matter their pace!

Our Kids Dash is the perfect way for young runners to be part of the B-INSPIRED 5K fun! Open to ages 4–10, this short and exciting run is all about movement, confidence, and having fun.
Please note: this registration fee covers participation in the Kids Dash only...Each child will receive a small prize at the finish line.
T-shirts are not included — if you would like your child to have an event t-shirt, it must be added on during registration.
