Planksgiving Challenge

Event: Planksgiving Challenge - Option A

Enjoy 7 plank variations that will strengthen your core 360 degrees.
Day 1 - Day 7 you will perform a different plank each day for 20 seconds.
Day 8 - Day 14 you will repeat the seven planks like the week prior except for 30 seconds.
Day 15 - Day 21 the process continues but for 35 seconds.
Day 22 you will perform the first and second plank variations for 40 seconds.
Day 23 will be the third and fourth plank variations for 40 seconds.
Day 24 will have the fifth and sixth variations for 40 seconds.
Day 25 will leave you with the seventh plank remaining for 40 seconds and rest for "D Day"!.
On Thanksgiving Day, you will perform all seven planks back to back for 40 seconds each for the ULTIMATE PlanksGiving Challenge.

Chair or Wall Assisted
1. plank
2. side plank (half time on right side/half time on left side)
3. knee to elbow plank
4. low to high plank (elbow to hands)
5. sidewalk plank
6. mountain climber
7. plank jacks

Day 1 - Day 7 you will perform a different plank each day for 30 seconds.
Day 8 - Day 14 you will repeat the seven planks like the week prior except for 40 seconds.
Day 15 - Day 21 the process continues but for 50 seconds.
Day 22 you will perform the first and second plank variations for 50 seconds.
Day 23 will be the third and fourth plank variations for 50 seconds.
Day 24 will have the fifth and sixth variations for 50 seconds.
Day 25 will leave you with the seventh plank remaining for 50 seconds and rest for "D Day"!.
On Thanksgiving Day, you will perform all seven planks back to back for 50 seconds each for the ULTIMATE PlanksGiving Challenge.

Day 1 - Day 7 you will perform a different plank each day for 1 minute.
Day 8 - Day 14 you will repeat the seven planks like the week prior except for 75 seconds.
Day 15 - Day 21 the process continues but for 95 seconds.
Day 22 you will perform the first and second plank variations for 2 minutes.
Day 23 will be the third and fourth plank variations for 2 minutes.
Day 24 will have the fifth and sixth variations for 2 minutes.
Day 25 will leave you with the seventh plank remaining for 2 minutes and rest for "D Day"!.
On Thanksgiving Day, you will perform all seven planks back to back for 2 minutes each for the ULTIMATE PlanksGiving Challenge.
