5K Run/Walk

Chip timed 5K run/walk with awards presented to top finishers. Course is all on paved surfaces. Walkers, strollers and dogs on fixed length leashes welcomed.

Kids Dash

An untimed 1/4 mile fun run/walk for kids ages 2-10. No awards for this event. Participating kids will earn a finisher's medal.

Virtual Runner/Walker

If you can't join us in person consider participating as a virtual runner/walker. For a $30 donation we'll mail you your commemorative "Lunch Lady Hustle" shirt and you can do your own 5K run/walk on your own schedule in your own hometown. Run from anywhere in the United States to support our cause.

We need 6-8 hard working volunteers to work a 3.5-hour shift on race day. If you aren't running/walking in our event, consider helping us to make the race great for others.
