5K Run/Walk

A timed 5K (3.1 mile) run/walk open to all levels. The race will be held on paved surfaces and there will be awards for Top Overall and Age Group finishers. Each registrant will receive a commemorative race T-shirt or can select "No Shirt" during the registration process.

Race Volunteer

We need hard-working volunteers to work a 3.5 hour shift (7am-10:30am) on race day to make the race great. Each volunteer will receive a commemorative race T-shirt.

If you can't join us in person, consider supporting our cause as a virtual runner/walker. For a $30 donation we'll mail/deliver your commemorative race T-shirt, and you can run/walk your race on your own schedule in your own hometown.
