Virtual Lighthouse 5K Run/Walk
What is a Virtual 5K?
A “Virtual 5K Run/Walk” is a virtual event. You can participate at your location, any time you wish. There is no need to report mileage or the date you participated in this event. It is based on the honor system. Everyone who signs up to run or walk will receive a medal, beach towel, and bumper sticker to commemorate the event.
Who benefits from this Virtual 5K?
All proceeds from this event will be used to support the Cameron Preservation Alliance which is dedicated to restoring the Sabine Pass Lighthouse which was built in 1855-1857.
