Heart N Hands wants you to get active and increase movement by loving your HEART. What have you done for your heart lately? This is a great time for you to get out, enjoy the beautiful weather and show your HEART some love.

"Running for the HEART 10K" is all about loving your heart & staying fit during this time to great heart healthy habits for life. Running, Walking, Biking we can come together as a community to get our hearts pumping, give back to a worthy charity, share with our communities and HAVE FUN!!!!

Virtual 2023 Running for the Heart 5K & 10K option is a way to experience the fitness, fun and excitement in your own backyard!

You pick the course & the time, and reach your personal fitness goals.

You’ll receive your signature t-shirt, racing bib, and earn your commemorative finisher medallion!!!

VIRTUAL REGISTRATION FEE FOR GENERAL PARTICIPANTS: $35.

PARTICIPATION DATE: Starting Saturday September 16th and ends on Sunday, September 17th by midnight
3.1 or 6.2 miles of the VIRTUAL 5K/10K must completed at one time.

Submitting results is optional and not required to receive your shirt and medal!

ALL REGISTRANTS RECEIVE:
• Signature Race T-shirt
• Signature Finisher's Medallion
• Commemorative Signature racing bib
• Free shipping of packet in the United States (additional shipping charges apply outside of U.S.)

How Do I Get My Packet? All virtual participants will have the packet containing their shirt, finisher's medal and commemorative racing bib mailed to them.
