Cougar Courage Virtual 5K Walk/Run

Everyone must register individually, it's an individual walk/run

For some added FUN, here are some options:

1. In the spirit of some healthy competition you can create teams of 5 and submit your team name and members to fallstoncougarboosters@gmail.com (we'll total your times and the best team will get bragging rights and shout outs on our social media pages) *you cannot race for more than 1 team

2. We'll post Top Ten Male and Female Runners in each category 

3. Get family and friends from near and far involved!  We will be acknowledging people from furthest and nearest to our school address.

4. Send us PICTURES!! We are creating a slideshow for our wrap up ;)

5. 2 days before the race, we'll send you all the final details and instructions to submit your times.
