Event: Overnight Training Camp: Regional Qualifier

This all nighter will consist of utilizing a some of Maryland's best outdoor areas surrounding the C & O Canal. You can expect many miles of trail running, carrying heavy and awkward objects, tons of calisthenics and physical challenges along the way plus much more to test your limits. At the end of the training session it is MANDATORY that you complete a 1.5 hour Gut Check Fitness class. Upon completion of this you are officially added to the list of those that have survived 'the SUCK."
