Swim Clinic 1 (Clinic I) Beginning concepts
Beginning Concepts
This is designed for first time attendees who are new to the world of stroke technique AND experienced athletes who want to review the fundamentals of their swimming. There will be approximately one hour instruction by Brad Burnham, followed by approximately one hour of pool time with drills and underwater filming. Specific topics covered are body and head position, comfort in the water, rotation, breathing, and timing and basic of the full stroke. Participants will have the chance to watch themselves underwater in real-time.

Intermediate Concepts
This is meant for people who have attended Level I in the past and/or feel very more with fundamentals of their stroke. In this session, there will be approximately 45 minutes of discussion about more advanced skills like rhythm, arm mechanics and breathing. swimming. There will be about 60-75 minutes of pool time with underwater video available.
