Swim Clinic (Part 1) - Foundations of comfort in the water, body position, propulsion
First Clinic: Fundamentals / Sunday morning
This clinic is designed for attendees who are new to the world of stroke technique or experienced athletes who want to review the fundamentals of their swimming. There will be approximately one hour instruction by Brad Burnham, followed by approximately one hour of pool time with drills. Specific topics covered are body and head position, comfort in the water, rotation, breathing, timing, and basics of the full stroke.

Swim Clinic (Part 2) Refresh on foundations and then intermediate concepts
Second Clinic: Monday evening
This clinic is for people who have attended the first clinic, attended past clinics, and/or feel comfortable with the fundamentals of their stroke. In this session, there will be approximately 45 minutes of discussion on advanced skills such as rhythm, arm mechanics, and breathing. There will be about 60-75 minutes of pool time.
