Vinalhaven EMS Benefit Challenge

This Duathlon combines the 3.1 mile run and the 9 mile bike ride! The run is mostly flat with one steep hill; the 9 mile bike ride takes place on both hard (asphalt) and soft (dirt and small rocks) surfaces with some hills along the way. A very fun ride around the island! (Mountain bike or cross trainer recommended for the bike ride; bike helmets required).
