Ruth's Race - Robin's Run

Ruth's Race is an event in the honor of the late Ruth Pridgeon after a valiant fight with pancreatic cancer. Ruth was a dedicated and beloved math teacher, as well as a track/cross country coach at Holt Public Schools. Proceeds from this event are donated to PANCAN - The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is a nationwide network of people dedicated to working together to advance research, support patients and create hope for those affected by pancreatic cancer.

Robin's Run is an event to honor the fight and the life of Robin Malatinsky - a brilliant educator and coach whose career has been cut short due to a 30+ year fight with multiple sclerosis (MS). Robin's commitment to the education of students and coaching/assistance of athletics (especially Special Olympics) - especially with her current condition - is a testament to her love, care, and support of all children. Proceeds of this event will donated to the National MS Society whose mission is to mobilize people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS.

This is a very fun and very FREE event for our youngest of competitors - always a crowd favorite!!!!
