Giving Back with Wxn@RP

Every year Phoemale partners with area shelters and social service agencies to select a deserving survivor for their flagship “House into a Home” initiative, providing essential repairs and renovations to her home.

How can you support this amazing organization/initiative?

Participate in the RP Giving Tuesday Team Member Challenge!

Now through Dec. 31, 2021, RP team members can support individually or together with their respective teams to help raise awareness and contribute to the January 2022 House into a Home project.

We know this is a busy time of year for many people and understand that it can be difficult to budget time and/or money. That’s why we’ve come up with some simple and quick ways team members can support and earn “points” toward the challenge.

Here's how you can earn points:
Join your department’s team = 5 points
Create a Personal Fundraising Page = 10 points
Make an individual monetary donation = 10 points/$1 donated
Share your personal fundraising page on social media = 5 points/platform share
Get 10 likes on a social media post about the initiative = 3 points (for every 10 likes)
Have friends share your post about the initiative = 5 points (per share)
Get your friends and family to donate via your fundraising page = 10 points/$1 donated
Purchase Phoemale swag = 20 points
Commit to volunteer day (in person, in Detroit) = 1000 points

We’ll have a scoreboard to track individual and team points via the official RP Giving Tuesday Challenge website.

There will be incentives for the top teams and individuals! (More information coming soon).

Rightpoint will have a dedicated day for us to volunteer on-site for House into Home. Similar to Habitat for Humanity, we will work under the guidance of a licensed contractor to make repairs and renovations. No special skills required!
