Giving Back with Wxn@RP

Every year, Phoemale, a Detroit-based nonprofit organization, provides renovations to the home of a woman who is a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, or homelessness.

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

GIVING BACK CHALLENGE
Ongoing until the House into a Home Volunteer Day!

Compete with your Department in this points-based challenge. Points can be earned in a variety of ways and count towards “Most Giving” Department Award and other awards for top individual contributors. 

Examples of how to earn points: 

1. Donate funds, materials or supplies for the project
2. Leverage your social media to raise funds and/or awareness for the initiative

VOLUNTEER ON-SITE

Donate your time (and muscle) on-site to make a House into a Home for a deserving “Phoenix” on Rightpoint’s dedicated Volunteer Day! Like Habitat for Humanity, volunteering on-site gives you a chance to work elbow to elbow with your peers and the Phoemale team to sling a hammer or paintbrush, or otherwise help make repairs under the guidance of a licensed contractor. 

An after-party social event will be held for volunteers* 

Everyone is welcome to volunteer – if you are traveling from somewhere in the US to the event, the top 5 contributors in the “Giving Back Challenge” will have their travel expenses paid to attend the in-person volunteer day.
