Registration forms available at Lapeer City Police Department, Elite Feet in Lapeer, Lapeer City Hall and the Lapeer Community Center. The LCPOCF helps fund the Shop woth a Hero program, T.E.A.M. education program in our schools, as well as other people or groups in need.
