5K Run
This event will raise awareness and funds to support persons with diabetes who cannot afford to pay for these services. Many people in our community have already benefited from the past events through Glucometer Strips, Dilated Eye Exams, Foot Care Clinic, Education Classes and Dietary Meal Planning.
