Classic 5K

A virtual 5k can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. On the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, on the track, or even at another race. You get to choose when during the timeframe, go at your own pace, and time it yourself.

Monthlong Marathon

Challenge yourself to accumulate 26.2 miles during the month of October. During the 31 days you will need to accumulate about 0.85 miles each day to reach your goal.

Aim to achieve your mileage as dedicated activity outside of your normal workday.

Mayo Minutes Challenge

Challenge yourself to move every day in any way you like. The goal is to accumulate 150 minutes of physical activity each week of October. That is about 665 minutes total for the month. Create a team to motivate and encourage others!
