Tri Together kick off classes

T2: Bike and Run Workout (at 3/3 Tri Together kick off party)

In Triathlon getting off your bike and onto your legs can be one of the more challenging athletic parts of the race. Come learn and practice how to make it feel better. You'll bike on stationary spin bikes and run or walk on the indoor track.

Practicing your lake swimming in a pool is a great way to feel more confident. In Minnesota the window for lake swimming before the Women's Tri is barely 2 months long. Get a jumpstart by tailoring your pool time to your tri goals. This practice will be supervised only by volunteers. It is after the free coach led Tri Swim Demo.
