Start It, Stanly! Hike It!

By registering for this event, you are eligible to participate any or all of the WINTER Hiking sessions. There will be a hike every SATURDAY morning from January 4 - February 8 to give you the opportunity to get physically active in a different way! These sessions are not races, just hikes. Please wear appropriate shoes and clothing as it will be cool in January and February. You are also welcome to bring healthy snacks and water on the trail.
Every hiking session will begin at 9:00 a.m.
The newly added Hike It Plus Factor sessions will begin at 8:00 a.m. each week from the designated weekly trailhead. This challenge will be geared towards individuals who are already doing some level of exercise and would consider themselves to have at least an intermediate level of endurance.
