10K Run
The 2013 Beech Mountain ClimbMax 5K & 10K race will be held June 22nd, sponsored by www.beechmtn.com. Pre-race packet pick-up will be available for race day participants at a location to be announced, beginning Friday afternoon at 1 p.m.
Saturday consists of the 5K, 10K, and a pet-friendly 1.5 mile fun run and walk for entries of all ages and abilities. A race awards presentation will follow the event and a celebration with a live band will take place later that afternoon at one of our fine eateries.
The overall male and female finisher in the 5K & 10K will be recognized and will receive awards for their accomplishments. Age group awards and prizes will also be given out to the top 3 male and female contestants in the following age group categories: 12 and Under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.

1.5 Mile Fun Run/Walk

Saturday consists of the 5K, 10K, and a pet-friendly 1.5 mile fun run and walk for entries of all ages and abilities. A race awards presentation will follow the event and a celebration with a live band will take place later that afternoon at one of our fine eateries.
Note: Running Strollers are allowed on the entire race course. Dogs will be allowed for the 1.5 mile fun run/walk event. Doggy water stops and "doggy bags" will be available along the way as well! Please keep all dogs on a leash!
