No Excuse for Abuse 5K

Entry Fees:
- $20 Mail in or Drop Off at New HOPE of McDowell before April 19, 2016.
- $25 Day of race or after April 19, 2019 - Race Day Registration- 7:30am to 8:30am.
- Race Packet may be picked up at Family Services on May 10th from 9:00am-3:00pm or on the day of the race from 7:30am-8:30am. Please call 828-652-6150 for early packet pickup details.
- Race shirts are guaranteed to the 1st 100 runners!

5K AWARDS:
Medal for the 1st-3rd Overall, Men and Women
Medals for the Top 3 Males & Females in each age group

5K Age Groups:
12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-74, 75 & over.

The Virtual Run is intended for anyone who wishes to participate in the No Excuse for Abuse event but cannot be there on race day to run. Your registration as a Virtual Runner provides much needed financial support to the race and to New HOPE of McDowell.
