Grip Medley Competition
GOT GRIP?!?
Here is your chance to prove it! American Ninja Warrior Finalist Jamie Rahn, Captain NBC, has devised a huge grip event for you! The event will be point based, and you will achieve "x" amount of points for every succesful event completed. You will only have a limited amount of time to complete as many grip intensive tasks as possible, so don't rest too much.
This Event is for Teens and Adults, but the challanges will not alter. Both age groups (12-16yrs old for teens and 17 and over for adults) will lift, pull, and move the same weights and forms.
