Just FUR Fun Color Run from EHR (Draft)

What’s a N0-K, you may ask? It is the perfect solution for all those animal loving couch potatoes or those who cannot join us in person! From binge watching your Netflix addiction of choice in its entirety to teaching your pet a new trick, or even just taking more naps, you can join us in becoming a rescue hero. You don’t have to be Lassie to participate in our N0-K... Garfields are welcome, too! Ask your friends, family, and furry followers to support your efforts and raise money to save lives.

All participants will earn an event doggie bag containing a Just FUR Fun 2022 t-shirt, with additional swag prizes for high earners. Send us your photos of whatever your N0-K adventure entails or post them on your social media tagging @EHRdogs with the hashtag #JustFURFun2022

A 5K Walk in the Park is exactly what it sounds like - you'll walk or run a loop around our color course, approximately 3miles. This challenge is to unplug, get out, enjoy the change in seasons as we move from winter into spring, move your body, and connect with nature! Grab your kids, dogs, spouse/partner, outdoor gear, and sense of adventure and get outside! Everything counts...walking the dog, chasing the cat, playing in the yard, mowing the lawn, walking, jogging, cycling, dancing, and hula hooping in your driveway! You don’t have to be Lassie to participate in our 5K... Garfields are welcome, too! Ask your friends, family, and furry followers to support your efforts and raise money to save lives.

The key to the virtual 10K Tough MUTTer is flexibility – it can be run or walked from any location you choose – on the road, the trail, treadmill, or track. You can complete it by biking, dancing, rolling, swimming, or walking. In addition, you can complete this challenge from anywhere you prefer - around your house, on your treadmill, your stationary bike, at your local park, anywhere you are most comfortable! You choose your own pace and time it yourself, doing it all at once or spread out over the four weeks. This challenge is not for the faint of heart, only our toughest of mutts! You don’t have to be Lassie to participate in our Virtual 10K though... Garfields are welcome, too! Ask your friends, family, and furry followers to support your efforts and raise money to save lives. You can walk, run, jog, bike, roll, pedal or swim but the goal is for you to reach the 5K mark the best way you can.
