This heat will be timed and cash awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers. Athletes in this heat are expected to complete all obstacles or associated penalties. Men will begin at 9AM, women will begin at 9:15AM.

Participants in this heat will have a chance to tackle all of the obstacles on the course, but are not required to attempt or complete all obstacles. Laps will not be timed in this heat.
