Parlor City 5K
The Downtown Binghamton Business Association and the City of Binghamton, NY, will host the 13th annual Parlor City 5K Run on Saturday, July 10th at 9:00 AM. The open road race is a certified US Amateur Track & Field 5K distance (NY14059JG). The race will circuit the historic West Side of Binghamton and end back at the 2021 July Fest. The course is relatively flat and fast and with hot weather should take runners through some cooler residential neighborhoods. Following the race there will be a free Kid's Run across the Court Street Bridge. The race will be followed by the annual Binghamton Music Festival which features regional musical groups. The race is the 5th event in the Empire Road Race Series whose goals are to encourage fitness and health in New York State; support our communities; whether a novice or seasoned competitor - test your limits; and enjoy all (including breakfast pizza) that July Fest has to offer following the race!
