Pace Pass: Our Pace Pass provides a unique opportunity for you to train with our Half and Full Marathon Training participants on Saturdays at 7:30 AM for long runs. We offer a variety of different pace groups and up to four different mileage options each week. The distances begin at 5 or 8 miles on the first Saturday of each session and will gradually increase as you train towards regional events including Buffalo Half and Full Marathon, a regional fall half or full marathon, and the Winter Warrior Half Marathon
