Walk, Run, Push your cat in a stroller, Dribble a Basketball, Juggle around Mirror Lake. On a treadmill. In a Denver park. Anywhere. Keep track of your time, take a picture of your bib and your time whenst you are done. Submit the time if you want notoriety via our race report form.

If you aren't in town or wish to use another location/treadmill, that is fine. Just follow the reporting directions. Judgement-free zone!! :)
