Red, White and Blue Relay Run/Walk
What is the RW&B Relay? Strap on your running shoes and get ready for the Relay-only 1 mile race that goes through the streets of downtown Plattsburgh. Here’s how it works:
• Each RW&B Relay Team must consist of three members. Each participant must run or walk the 1-mile course.
• The first member of the team will receive a RED race shirt, and will be the first heat of the run. Team member #2 will receive a WHITE race shirt and will be the second runner for the team. Team member #3 member will receive a BLUE race shirt and they will be the final runner for the team.
• Each team will receive one mini American flag with a timing chip affixed to the flag. The team members must carry this flag during the run and then pass it on to the next member of your team at the relay transition.
Awards will be given out for Overall Winners, Open Men, Open Women, Open Coed, and Family (at least one member must be under 12 years old).
