Event: Goal Getters - Special Year End Edition
Choose one area of focus that's important to you. Examples include percentage of body weight, a specific number of pounds, a target dress size, certain number of times a week to workout, amount of servings of vegetables to eat daily, consistently tracking calorie consumption, or attaining specific activity levels.
You set your goal at the beginning of the session. Each week, you submit your status online (via e-mail or Facebook). We track your progress throughout the series. Each week, you'll have access to tips, articles, and information as part of the private group Facebook page or e-mail.
Important Notes for Participation
Goal Getters only works if you submit your information on a regular weekly basis. For best results, start with a small goal and engage with the instructor and group.
