6 Sessions. Each session is 1.5 hours long. We will do a segment of run/walk (with games on healthy eating/strong bodies, a segment of yoga, and a segment of mindfulness. There are no rain dates. Class is rain or shine. Please note- we have a limited amount of space. We are taking about 20 per class.
