Stillness After the Stride- Wellness Workshop
This restorative wellness session invites participants to slow down and reconnect after the energy of the race.
We will begin with gentle, accessible mindful movement to release tension and regulate the nervous system, followed by grounding meditation. The experience will close with a calming sound immersion using singing bowls, chimes, and other restorative instruments, allowing the body and mind to fully integrate the day.
Designed for all levels, this session offers space to reset, reflect, and return to your authentic rhythm. Session is free and open to the public, not just race participants. Must be 18 years or older to participate.
Location:
The National Women's Hall of Fame
1 Canal Street
Seneca Falls NY 13148
Meet The Instructor:
Tina Pierce is the founder of Bella Soul Wellness, an intuitive sound healing and mindful movement practice rooted in presence, resilience, and authentic connection. After navigating personal hurdles and life transitions, she discovered the power of slowing down ~ blending gentle movement, meditation, and therapeutic sound to support both emotional and physical well-being. What began as a personal healing journey has become her life’s work: guiding others back to their own inner rhythm and strength. Through community events and private sessions, Tina creates supportive spaces for reflection, restoration, and renewal.

From Stillness to Action: A conversation with Tiffany Shlain and Lauren Schiller
Join us for an inspiring afternoon with national bestselling author Tiffany Shlain and award-winning broadcaster Lauren Schiller as they discuss how to navigate our hyper-connected world with purpose and power.
In a society that never sleeps, Tiffany Shlain (author of 24/6: The Power of Unplugging One Day A Week) offers a blueprint for reclaiming your sanity and creativity by unplugging from all screens for one day a week which she has done for 16 years.
Complementing this personal reset, Lauren Schiller (author of It’s a Good Day to Change the World) shares powerful stories of feminist activism, providing the "how-to" for anyone ready to turn their renewed energy into lasting social change.
Together, they will explore how we can disconnect from the noise to reconnect with our communities and our mission to build a more equitable, just world. This event will include a joint reading, a moderated Q&A, and a book signing session.
