Kids Fun Run
The kids race is just for fun. No shirts, but every finisher gets a medal. We'll run the kids race in two heats for the younger and older children. The course is just an out and back along the footpath, finishing under the Rockland Road Runners Arch!

Virtual Hook
Run any 13.1 mile course you like any day between Saturday 19th and Sunday 27th of April. Submit your results and we’ll get you a race shirt and finisher medal.
