MiSCA 2022 Ray's Road Trip - RIDER (Youth)

Select this option if you are younger than 18 years of age on the day of the event. If the minor participant's legal guardian will not be present in Cleveland, you must complete Ray's Waiver Process ahead of time. If you choose to print the waiver you will need to have it notarized.
