Costumed 5K Fun Run/Walk and 1K Family Walk
REGISTRATION: $20 through October 4, 2013. $25 beginning October 5, 2013 through Dash day registration. Participants age 5 and under are not required to pay a registration fee, and
no t-shirt will be provided; however, a registration form must be completed.
T-SHIRTS: T-shirts are guaranteed for all paid, registered runners/walkers on or before
October 4, 2013. A limited number of shirts and sizes will be available for late registered
participants after October 4. Sizes can only be guaranteed if registered by October 4.
COSTUMES: Runners and walkers are highly encouraged to wear costumes!
Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
• Best couple or group costume • Best adult costume (over age 13)
• Best family costume • Best child costume (13 and under)
• Best look-alike • Most difficult costume to run in
Costumes will be judged before the Monster Dash by “celebrity” judges during the check-in and registration. Prizes will be awarded at the Monster Dash after party.
AFTER PARTY: Celebrate your efforts to frighten off cancer at the after party at Buffalo Wild Wings beginning at 6:30 PM. You are highly encouraged to stay in costume! Costume winners will be announced at approximately 7:00 PM. Bring your Monster Dash After Party ticket and Buffalo Wild Wings will donate 10% of your food bill to the American Cancer Society when your ticket is presented at time of payment.

VOLUNTEER: Costumed 5K Fun Run/Walk and 1K Family Walk
Volunteers will receive a free t-shirt and admission into the Buffalo Wild Wings After Party. Volunteers are also asked to arrive at Independence State Park no later than 4:30pm on race day, October 19, 2013. 7:00pm end time is approximate as volunteers are asked to stay at Independence State Park until everything at the park is finished and cleaned up before heading to the Buffalo Wild Wings After Party.
