Fall into Fitness with Silver Souls LLC
Runners can do a 5K walk or 10K walk. The walk is a fundraiser for a small business to purchase a mobile van to drive to Senior facilities to teach classes around town. The van will be used for transportation of equipment, merchandise for sale and healthy snacks and drinks for events.
