Go With Your Gut 5K

This 5K course winds through Homestead Park and out onto the Heritage Rail Trail before returning to the Park for a fun finish! All 5K participants will receive a goodie bag, finisher medal, and event t-shirt.

The 1 mile course is completely contained within Homestead Park, and will be an out-and-back on the loop trail. All 1 mile walkers will receive a goodie bag, finisher medal, and event t-shirt.

Back again with Go With Your Gut this year, we're bringing back the timed one mile run just for the kids! 20 minutes before the 5K, the youngsters will take to the trail for a fun mile. All 1 mile kid's participants will receive a goodie bag, finisher medal, and event t-shirt.

A quick dash for the little ones to participate in the day. Approximately 300 meters of fun!
