Weather Policy: Any decisions regarding cancelling, postponing, or altering event start times, distance, etc. will be made by the Ivy Trail Race Director. Often this decision cannot be made until the day of the event due to the unpredictable and emergent nature of threatening weather. If the need for cancellation arises, please be reminded that there will be no refunds of registration fees because BSO Ivy Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides financial support to a beneficiary organization. In addition, due to the required coordination with local public safety and approval from host cities, it is not possible to reschedule the event to a later date.
