Event Prep and Setup

Volunteers will help directing tent setup, putting vendor space numbers in place, placing tables and chairs and helping with general setp such as stuffing event packages and badges,

Registration Table

Volunteers will be assisting with registering vendors before load in. As vendors pull up to the registration table, locate the bag with specific vendor information written on the envelope. Once found, direct the vendor to load in station.

Vendor Load In

Volunteers will be assisting vendors with loading in. As vendors pull up to the load in station, assist the vendor with their items and load them onto a cart. When finished, the volunteer will wait with the items while vendor parks. Upon the vendor returning, the volunteer will direct the vendor to their appropriate booth assignment.

Hospitality

Volunteers will be asstiting guests in giving directions and making them feel welcome, assisting vendors with any questions and surveying festival guests with intercept surveys. Each volunteer will recieve a lanyard with an info sheet. The info sheet contains a map, phone numbers and some of the frequently asked questions.

Vendor Load Out

Volunteers assist vendors in breakdown.

Beer Garden

Volunteers must be 21yrs or older. Beer garden volunteers will be assisting in admission by checking ID's and putting wristbands on festival guests.

Information Booth

Volunteers will help assist children's crafts and activities inside Pirate's Lair.

Membership Sales

Volunteers will encourage festival guest to purchase membership to the museum and will make museum membership sales.
