Join CCRS Pottstown for a runners symposium dedicated to bringing together expert runners speaking about racing, training, biomechanics, physical therapy, strength training, running gear to advance attendees understanding and joy of running. Our primary goal is to advance running performance with experts in the field of running.

Our Symposium speakers will consists of local runners
Darryl Brown, Mike Carriglitto, Sam Snukis, and Lorraine Jasper.

Start time is 7pm with each speaker talking than a full open question and answer period to any of the panel speakers. This is a great time to ask great runners all your running, training, nutrition etc questions. Bring your questions !!

Brooks Shoe Company will be on hand to show all there new spring 2018 running shoes. They will also have door prizes and giveaways !

Food, Drink, and Adult Beverage will be served.
