Chester County Pump and Run

Would you like to make a donation? All amounts are appreciated. If your donation is $50 or more(by November 1st), your name will appear as a sponsor on the back of the TShirt. You can Run. You can Pump. Or do Both.
Runners can compete in an optional bench press contest, reducing their 5K time by 5 seconds per rep completed.
The 5K Run event will be held Saturday, October 10th at 10am at Rustin High School, West Chester, PA. Race packet pickup begins at 9am. Race begins at 10am.
The Optional Pump portion of the event will take place a day earlier at Ignite Performance Gym on Friday, October 9th, from 4pm-8pm.
