This is an out and back course starting at Riverdale Park we will head South due to construction on the bike trail. There is a 2.5 hour time limit for the 10 Mile course. Please make sure you can make that time when signing up.

This is an out and back course starting at Riverdale Park we will head South towards Spencer Park.

This is an out and back course starting at Riverdale Park we will head North towards Cherry Rock Park. Runners will cross the bridge and run to the turn around. They will turn around and return back over the bridge and return to Riverdale.
