Event: Fall (Farragut 13.1)

Traditional 10 week training program designed for participation in the Farragut 13.1/5k. In the past it's also been used for regional races such as Chickamauga, Indianapolis, Richmond, or Charlotte (or as a build up for a December marathon). Note that we've expanded programming, so check the "late 2018" race target options to see what fits your schedule best. Event: Half Marathon (Late 2018)

12 week training program that is ideal for targeting a late November or early December half marathon. Perfect for Run LoCo, St. Judes-Memphis, Kiawah, Rockin' Santa, or other similar time frame race. **New** We're partnering with Maryville-Alcoa Parks and Rec to offer a Tuesday night BLOUNT COUNTY workout too! Event: Summer

8 week training program ideal for participation in the Knoxville Track Club's Summer Race Series. This is an excellent opportunity to maintain a consistent program through the heat of the summer; to ensure that you're prepared for great results in the fall! 6/11/18 - 8/5/18.

Event: Marathon (Late 2018)

18 week training program that is ideal for targeting a late November or early December marathon. Perfect for Run LoCo, St. Judes-Memphis, Kiawah, or other similar time frame race. Note that the first 3 weeks of this program are considered "base building" and won't have formal practice times as we have an administrative break scheduled during a natural gap in the KTC race schedule.
