5K Fun Run
The LIVE ON foundation has been created in effort to bring awareness and continued support for patients suffering from vascular disease, as well as their family members and friends who provided care while undergoing care and treatment for vascular disease. The CV Strong 5k Run is being hosted for friends, family members, patients, and loved ones who have been impacted by aortic disease, or any other sort of vascular disease.
