Step Up for Russ is a virtual walking challenge and fundraiser.
Walk anywhere, anytime, and log your steps as we journey together from Pompton Lakes, NJ to Rowlett, TX (1,550 miles) (3,100,000 Steps).

Every step supports the Russell Bavelaar Heart Foundation and helps in Russell's heart transplant revovery. No matter where you walk, your steps move us forward. Collectively we can achieve this goal.

Registration fee: $25.00

In addition, every $5 donation can be used to sponsor 2,000 steps (1 mile) and help us get closer to our end goal of 3,100,000 steps (1550 miles).
