This program will help you maintain your running fitness level or help you build up your fitness leading into the summer training season. You can follow the10k team's training schedule, or add to or cut part of the route to your desire distance. This is an independent program to keep you fit but you manage the mileage you run each week. Must be independent and sufficient to run on your own and modify the published routes to meet your schedule. Great option to work on your endurance to prepare for longer runs in the future or simply to maintain what you have been doing over the winter training season. We will have a minimum of 5 mile routes each Saturday that you can take advantage of.
