Walk on the golf course. Swim in your pool. Run in your own neighborhood. Bike on the trails. Take a hike. The ideas are endless. Collect miles by participating with others across the country. Event: Diaper Dash
The DIAPER DASH is new in 2024. We want to include our littlest athletes. Enter your crawling child age one or under for the Dash competition. Your child will compete on the professional Richmond Kicker’s soccer field prior to the 5K start. All little participants will “race” (crawl) just under 4 yards towards the glory of winning their first race! The Diaper Dash begins at 8:00 AM.

Event: Caped Colon Crusader fun run
The popular Caped Colon Crusader kid’s fun run is back! Children under the age of six are encouraged to wear their favorite cape and show how fierce and fast they are as they sprint towards the finish line. There is NO charge for the sprint; however, we do ask for a small donation if you feel moved. The Caped Colon Crusader fun run begins at 7:45 AM near the press box inside City Stadium.
